We cannot process or respond to unsolicited funding requests or project ideas. Please refer to our current calls for proposals . From Call to Funding Agreement From the applications we receive, we select the most suitable project partners.
These organizations are then invited to submit a full proposal—and we are happy to support you during this process if needed. The proposal summarizes objectives, target groups, and intended impact and forms the basis for funding approval. Once approved, we formalize the collaboration in a funding agreement, including grant amount, timeline, and financial plan.
As a partner organization, we aim to support you throughout every stage of the funding process. Partnership-Based Funding Effectiveness and sustainability are at the heart of our funding approach. Our close collaboration is built on trust and shared responsibility.
Across our funding areas, we use a wide range of instruments: depending on the goal, we may lead initiatives ourselves, work bilaterally through partnerships and project funding, or join strong alliances.
