This program reimburses special education local plan areas (SELPA) for extraordinary costs of single placements in nonpublic, nonsectarian schools and special education-related services for student(s) residing in licensed children’s institutions.

The California Department of Education (CDE) recommends LEAs include this form as part of the supporting documentation for each claim. For more information regarding ECP or Necessary Small SELPA ECP for Mental Health (NSS ECPMH) data reporting, refer to the PADC User Manual on the Principal Apportionment web page. The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students.
