Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all people in Los Angeles County through impactful grants and strategic initiatives that advance community well-being. First Step: Letter of Inquiry A Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is a required first step in seeking funding, and LOIs may be submitted at any time throughout the year. To download Word or PDF versions of the LOI application, please click below: LOI Application – Word Version LOI Application – PDF Version Once submitted, your LOI will be carefully reviewed, and you can expect an email response within six to eight weeks.
Second Step: Full Proposal (Invitation Only) Organizations whose LOIs best align with the Foundation’s current priorities will be invited to submit a Full Proposal (FP).
