Find Your Conservation District 2025 Conservation District Highlights Ag Plan Reimbursement Program Pennsylvania’s conservation districts are encouraged to work with farmers in the Delaware, Ohio, and Chesapeake Bay watersheds to apply for reimbursement of agricultural plans. This grant is first-come, first-served. The grant round will stay open until funds are exhausted or the end of the grant period, whichever comes first.
The Ag Plan Reimbursement Program is administered by the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. through a grant from the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission. The reimbursement program is open. Click here for more information.
Lawn Conversion Sub-Grant for Conservation Districts PACD was awarded a $200,000 Community Conservation Partnerships Program Grant from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) to continue offering training and mini-grants to Pennsylvania’s conservation districts. Landowners are encouraged to work with their local conservation district to determine eligibility and work through the process of installing a project.

A pilot Partnerships for Regional Invasive Species Management (PRISM) program is taking place in the North West region of Pennsylvania. The NW region covers 13 counties: Erie, Warren, McKean, Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Forest, Elk, Lawrence, Butler, Clarion, Jefferson, and Armstrong. Funding is available for Education & Outreach Mini-grants and Management Project Sub-grants.

Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) Grant Program is a grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs that funds the acquisition and development of public parkland and outdoor recreational facilities. Northern California Environmental Grassroots Fund is a grant from Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment that funds small and emerging grassroots organizations in California building climate resilience and advancing environmental justice.
