This notice of funding opportunity announcement (NOFO) will support Haiti’s capacity to deliver comprehensive, high-impact HIV prevention, care and treatment programs for key populations (KP) [commercial sex workers (CSW), transgender (TG), men who have sex with men (MSM)] and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW). The goal of this NOFO is to improve KP condom and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use for prevention, case identification, linkage to and retention in care, adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART) and viral suppression. The recipient will capacitate health care workers (HCWs) and community outreach workers in quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) activities. Stigma-free service delivery will be implemented utilizing client-centered approaches in collaboration with local KP associations. Programs and services will be implemented in selected communes of all 10 administrative departments. These geographic prioritizations may change over the course of the performance period based on the burden of disease.
