As part of our $500 million Connect Up commitment, we are honored to support thousands of nonprofit partners around the world with financial and in-kind support. All partners must work through an RTX employee to apply. Charitable Giving Guidelines Our standard grants are larger, invite-only donations and must demonstrate a strong tie to one of RTX’s priority outcomes. New nonprofit partners can apply for consideration during our open grant period: June 1 – July 31 .

RTX Charitable Giving Requests RTX is proud to offer employees opportunities to engage with local causes that make a big impact. Employees who volunteer with an organization can submit for a volunteer grant up to $5,000. RTX Volunteer Grant Program – Nonprofit Guide RTX occasionally offers in-kind donations of goods and services to nonprofits.

An RTX employee must fill out a request form. For nonprofits with questions about a request, please contact the Connect Up team. RTX and its employees give over $20 million annually in employee donations and matching gifts.
