The purpose of this APS is to disseminate information about this activity to prospective applicants so that they may develop and submit concept papers for USAID funding. Applicants must use the "Disability Concept Paper Application Form" attached to this APS when submitting their concept papers.
This APS describes: (1) the type of activities or programs for which applications will considered; (2) the funding available and the process and requirements of submitting applications; and (3) explains the criteria for USAID evaluation of applications.
