Accepting applications | Rolling basis Oregon Immigrant and Refugee Funders Collaborative (OIRFC) is a coordinated effort by Meyer, Oregon Community Foundation and The Collins Foundation to fund nonprofits across Oregon responding to the needs of immigrants and refugees.
