Eligible students must: (1) have exhibited good scholarship, good citizenship, good character, good leadership, and good contributions to Arlington High School and the community, (2) have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher, (3) while attending college, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, (4) not have a felony record, (5) have lived in the Town of Arlington (or a neighboring town or village) for at least one (1) year during his or her attendance of Arlington High School; and (6) re-apply each year for financial assistance and must meet the eligibility requirements at the time of such re-application.
