Playwrights Program--An annual program meant to identify develop and present new works of theater from emerging playwrights in New York City. In April May '22 the Foundation rehearsed and staged 2 professionally-cast industry readings of 'In Sisters We Trust' by Justine Gelfman. The readings attracted nearly 200 industry professionals and greatly increased the exposure and odds of future production for this new and exciting piece of theater. These readings were the culmination of several years of remote and in-person development with the Foundation during which time Ms. Gelfman was given time space dramaturgical resources and table readings to make revisions for the piece and ready it for public presentation.
