Twenty-seven organizations are receiving a total of $145,000 to support their work and celebrate innovative and diverse gardening practices nationwide. The funding recognizes groups that are fostering meaningful change in their communities through garden-based programming or advancing the preservation and study of garden history. Garden Futures Grants are for general operating support and typically range from $2,500 to $10,000.

The Page Dickey Grant for American Gardens, an endowed grant of $10,000, is awarded to a distinguished small public garden each year.
