2025 Women's Fund Grants is sponsored by The Winston-Salem Foundation. Focuses on enhancing economic security for women and girls in Forsyth County, North Carolina, addressing systemic barriers and improving educational and health outcomes.

The Winston-Salem Foundation We foster meaningful connections and link resources to purposeful action, creating a brighter future for all who call Forsyth County home. We were excited to host our annual Community Gathering this year - an evening of connection and conversation featuring Ada Limón , award-winning author and the 24th Poet Laureate of the United States.

Through her poetry and reflections, Limón reminded us how storytelling and shared language can inspire hope, resilience, and care for one another and the place we call home. Education Foundation Looks Ahead as All In For Our Schools Reaches $9. 8M With the close of the 2025-26 school year, the Education Foundation is readying for its next chapter. Since 2022, the Foundation has awarded teacher grants that provide much needed support for classroom enrichment.
