2026 Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program Applications Now Open! | Georgia Department of Community Affairs The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is pleased to announce that the application period for the 2026 Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program is now open.
This funding opportunity is available to: Local government entities Eligible applicants are encouraged to review all program requirements and submit applications within the designated timeframe.

All local government entities and non-profit organizations applying for ESG Program funding are strongly encouraged to attend at least one session.
