Preference may be given to SME applicants that have commercialised one or more products internationally. Preference may be given to SME applicants that have more than $500,000 CAD in annual sales revenue. If one or more criteria are unmet, a strong rationale must be provided in the Expression of Interest (EOI) form for possible consideration.

Register electronically using the S'inscrire button at the bottom of the page Submit the Declaration of Interest form and basic information about the applicant and collaborative project Work with project partners to prepare and submit the Eureka project participation form and supporting documents Prepare the funding proposal to the national funding body and, if approved, sign the funding agreement Declarations of interest are evaluated as soon as they are received by an NRC IRAP evaluation team Eligible Canadian SMEs are invited to submit a detailed International Consortium Project Proposal with their partners Each national funding body evaluates applications independently, and once those evaluations are complete, a joint project selection process is carried out Successful projects move to the national funding proposal stage and, if approved, to the funding agreement stage Canadian SME applicants may apply to more than one NRC IRAP call for proposals simultaneously.
