The innovative grants are for new/expanded programs or one-time projects up to $15,000, which address one of the following Community Focus Areas: Innovative Grant Eligibility Requirements for organizations/agencies: Offer health and human service programs in Midland, Martin, or Upton County. Must be recognized by IRS as a civic or charitable organization. Must be governed by a local, volunteer Board of Directors.
