The 2026 Title I, 1003 School Improvement Grant (SIG) Supplemental Support Program funds are provided to support the extension of the concepts and coaching provided to participants in NYSED’s Supplemental Support programs in preparation for the start of the 2026-27 school year.
Target Districts with at least one school identified in the CSI, ATSI, or TSI support model that participated in the Department’s Enhanced Principal Leadership (EPL), Assistant Principal Mentoring (APM), and/or Coaching for Excellence (CFE) program in 2025-26, are eligible to submit an application for 2026 Title I, 1003 SIG Supplemental Support Program funding.

A full list of schools that meet these criteria can also be found in Attachment A of the announcement packet. Completed applications are due by April 15, 2026 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
LEAs are encouraged to submit as soon as possible to expedite the review and approval process of 2026 Title I, 1003 SIG Supplemental Support.
