This special 2026 Request for Proposal is an open invitation to nonprofits and for-profit agencies (with special approval by SEMAAA and the Minnesota Board on Aging) for the purpose of providing support services to people 60 years of age and older in Freeborn County. The following proposals will not be accepted: joint applications, applications that include subcontracts, and applications submitted by individuals.
Please note that this is a competitive grant round. Interested parties should submit interest and intended programs in writing to anna@semaaa. org before November 19, 2025, to begin the pre-application process and receive an invitation to the appropriate application(s).
