(150 word maximum) (Required) The Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference recommends both laity and clergy nurture a daily practice of well-being that includes five dimensions: physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and financial. What do you hope will be a result of the activity or experience you plan to do? How will this experience improve your overall well-being?
In addition, please share how the activity or experience relates to at least one of the five well-being dimensions defined above. (200 word maximum) (Required) When will you implement this well-being activity or experience? Provide a timeframe and/or target date.
