Example grant applications : Well-written grant application example (app view) Well-written grant application example (packet view) Insufficient grant application example (app view) Insufficient grant application example (packet view) reasons applications could be seen as insufficient: Application lacks enough information for the Grant Committee to understand the organization or program Narrow scope of impact defined (population served and geographic area) Lack of strong goals and measurements of goals Budgets, either total project or grant funding, don't match between the Organization Information and Project Budget sections Lack of any other funders for the organization (particularly for the organization as a whole) Wrong documents uploaded (i.e. bank statements instead of balance sheets, letters of support from someone within the applicant organization, IRS determination letters for sales tax exemption forms, totally blank documents, etc...)
