21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) RFP is sponsored by Illinois State Board of Education. The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking applications from public or private entities to provide 21st CCLC services. This program supports community learning centers that offer academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children.
