4Girls Foundation Grants

4Girls Foundation Grants is sponsored by 4Girls Foundation. 4Girls Foundation partners with organizations to fund programs that positively influence the lives of girls and women in four program areas: Opportunities, Human Rights, Health & Wellness, and Education.

Grantee organizations must have valid 501(c)(3) non-profit status. While 4Girls has no geographic restrictions to its grant program, priority will be given to programming in Florida and Texas. **Grantee cannot have previously received a grant from 4Girls Foundation.

** **4 Girls Foundation will not make grants available to:** Organizations that discriminate on the basis of age, disability, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual preference, marital status, race, or religion Organizations and programs designed to promote candidates to public office or for any political gain Individuals or groups to pay off debts or existing obligations Cover general operating expenses if these exceed more than 25% of the grant request.

Past recipients of 4Girls grants may re-apply for continuation of existing project or program or may apply for funding for a new program, project or event. **4Girls Foundation is not currently accepting grant proposals.

** ## PROCESS FOR GRANT SUBMISSION Organizations should submit a completed grant application along with all supporting materials (see application for list of items) to 4Girls Foundation, Inc. After completing the online grant application please mail or email the above required documents to: EMAIL: grants (@) 4girlsfoundation.

org 4Girls will award grants for (1) 1-time projects or events, (2) short-term projects (projects ranging from a term of months or seasonal), or projects running from 1 to 3 years in length. However, all projects funded must begin before September 30th of year after grant is awarded. 4Girls will review proposals for projects with costs ranging from $ 500 to $ 5,000.

A detailed, itemized project budget must be included in the proposal. 4Girls will not review proposals that fail to include a detailed explanation of the costs of the proposed project. For projects that exceed $ 5,000, please contact 4Girls Foundation at grants ( @ ) 4GirlsFoundation.

org. 4Girls Foundation will make all efforts to respond to every organization concerning inquiries or the status of an application. 4Girls will notify organizations of its interest in a proposal.

This notification may take the form of a request for follow-up. 4Girls will notify applicants of grant awards. Please note: Inquiries into 4Girls’ grant program, communication with 4Girls, and/or submission of a grant proposal does not guarantee funding, nor does it guarantee a response from the foundation.

## GRANT MONITORING AND REPORTING 4Girls Foundation will monitor the grant project and the grantees’ compliance with all grant requirements. The grantee must provide all project data, reporting, and allow site visits as requested within the time frame specified by 4Girls in the Grantee’s Award and Acceptance Agreement.
