Application Instructions | The A. Lindsay & Olive B. O'Connor Foundation The Foundation will not consider proposals that request funding for repayment of debt/old bills, for started projects, or for completed projects.
Early submission of applications is encouraged. Applications without the organization budget, proof of federal tax exemption, and/or project budget will be considered incomplete and not considered for funding. Review the Schedules tab to ensure projects begin after the Notification date.
Colleges and Universities only FOR ALL OTHER COMMITTEES: ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION: Proposals must be received by 3pm on the deadline date. Early submission is encouraged to allow time to resolve any issues. To be considered for funding all sections and required attachments must be completed and submitted.
This includes, but is not limited to: Contact person name, phone number, and email Proof of Federal tax exemption Organization current budget Organization balance sheet for prior 2 fiscal years Organization income statement for prior 2 fiscal years Be concise as possible with the pertinent information about your proposal so that it fits within the space allowed on the proposal form.
You may submit additional information as an addendum to the proposal. It is preferred, but not required, to have sketches or drawings submitted legal size or smaller. Applications should be emailed to: office@theoconnorfoundation.
