Georgia Parents - AAA Scholarship Foundation The Georgia Private School Tax Credit Law (O. C. G.
A. § 20-2A-1 through § 20-2A-7) allows student scholarship organizations (SSOs) to provide scholarships for eligible students to attend accredited private schools. AAA Scholarship Foundation is a state approved student scholarship organization (SSO).
AAA will be awarding scholarships of $9,000 per student for the 2026-2027 school year. These scholarships will help eligible households pay for tuition, books and fees at eligible private schools (up to grade 12). Scroll down to the next section for information about our 26-27 school year applications.

Important Reminders to applicants: 1. Applicants must submit their scholarship applications to AAA by the current deadline.
Deadlines are subject to change. 2. Funding is NOT guaranteed.
If you are found eligible but due to limited funding, we are unable to fund your students’ scholarships, you may be placed on a waitlist. *New means you did not receive a scholarship in 2025-26 for any student in your home. **Renewing means the student was actively using an AAA scholarship through the end of the 25-26 school year.
Waitlisted means the student was found eligible for a 25-26 scholarship but funding was not available AND the student remained on the waitlist through the end of the 25-26 school year. Add-on sibling means you received AAA scholarship payments for another student in your home in 2025-26, but not for this student. Need more help applying?

3 easy steps for using your AAA scholarship for private school Step 1. Application Submission – Applicants must first submit their scholarship applications to AAA by the designated deadline and be found eligible. Step 2.
School Commitment Form (SCF) – Both the parent and school must confirm the student’s enrollment by submitting an SCF to AAA. Step 3. Scholarship Payments (VR) – Both the school and parent must complete a Verification Report (“VR”) to verify continued enrollment and attendance before each quarterly scholarship payment is released.

The household must complete the scholarship application and send it along with ALL required supporting documentation listed on the application BY THE STATED SUBMISSION DEADLINE. 2. The student(s) must be: Entering Pre-Kindergarten(Pre-K4), Kindergarten(K) or First (1st) Grade.
Public school attendance is not required. Entering 2nd–12th grade and have attended six (6) weeks at a Georgia public school, by law Zoned for a low-performing public school specified by law. Visit the GA Department of Education’s webpage for Low Performing Schools and scroll down to the link to search for the assigned low-performing public school in your district.
Documented bullying of the student in Georgia public school. Attended a home school program the entire school year for the previous year. Home school documentation is required (declaration of intent to home school).
3. Students must meet the age eligibility for Georgia. Student(s) must be between 4-20 years old on September 1st, by law.
4. The household must meet the annual income guidelines (updated annually). 5.

In an effort to ensure that the neediest families receive the most help, AAA goes one step further and awards scholarships based on the following sliding scale: 100% scholarship ($9,000) for families with incomes of 185 (waitlisted applicants) and 200 (renewing applicants) percent of poverty 75% scholarship ($6,750) for families with incomes of between 201 and 225 percent of poverty 50% scholarship ($4,500) for families with incomes of between 226 and 250 percent of poverty 25% scholarship ($2,250) for families with incomes of between 251 and 300 percent of poverty Please click on the Contact Us tab of our website or leave us a message at 888-707-2465 if you have any questions or would like more information.
