Adobe Local Community Grants is a grant from Adobe Inc. that funds nonprofits in communities where Adobe employees live and work, supporting local organizations that address challenges in those hometowns. Through the Adobe Employee Community Fund, employee-led grant review panels at each office select recipients that align with Adobe's philanthropic priorities. Grants range from $5,000 to $25,000.

Eligible applicants are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the San Jose metropolitan area. Organizations must be invited to apply by an active Adobe employee to receive an application link; the application window runs from March through April each year.
