## LINK TO NOFO Information & Instructions The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority is requesting proposals for grants for implementation of Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) programs. Grants will be made with SFY27 funds. An estimated $500,000 in funding is available through this solicitation for use over a period of 9 months.
**Application Deadline: 5:00 P. M. , July 27, 2026** The mission of Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) is to safely reduce prison use by building local systems that divert individuals from a prison sentence into more cost-effective programs that promote their reintegration into the community.
ARI provides funding and technical assistance to Illinois communities to establish a continuum of sanctions and treatment alternatives that effectively address social determinants of crime and incarceration, and that promote equity within the justice system. ## Eligibility Information Agencies must be registered through the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) Grantee Portal, https://grants. illinois.
gov/portal/, to become eligible to apply for an award. Applicants must be in GOOD standing with all GATA pre-qualification requirements prior to application due date. Approval of the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) SFY 27 is required before the execution of the grant agreement.
This solicitation is open to county units of government or judicial circuits that have implemented ARI-funded diversion programs previously but do not have a current funding designation under NOFO # 2115-0326. Priority will be given to jurisdictions that have significant prison commitment rates of ARI-eligible individuals based on IDOC data for the prior three years (SFY 2023-SFY 2025).
These data are available to applicants on the Grants tab of the ARI website (see “Eligibility Tables”), and a list of top committing counties is included as Appendix G in the NOFO Instructions. Completed application materials must be submitted via Euna by **5:00 p. m.
