Hosted by the Technology Association of Georgia, this annual program includes a month of curated education and mentoring leading up to the event. Finalists pitch to top fintech VCs and experts, with the top 3 competing on the Mainstage at Fintech South 2026 for a $25,000 cash prize.
Application Deadline: June 30, 2026 Selected applicants must agree attend in-person and complete all four sessions of the Fintech South Innovation Challenge Education and Mentoring programs.
Dates: July 23, July 30, August 6, and August 13 Starting in 2010 with retired Synovus Financial Corporation Chairman and CEO Jimmy Blanchard, the Technology Association of Georgia’s Fintech Society has honored industry leaders who paved the way for Atlanta to be the global fintech hub it is today. Each year’s honoree becomes a new inductee in the Georgia Fintech Hall of Fame .
This is one of highest honors in Georgia’s thriving financial technology community.
