These grants allow us to develop purposeful partnerships with local organizations and other institutions while working toward our mission of improving total health for all.
We’re pleased to announce grantmaking opportunities available in two different focus areas for nonprofit organizations or government entities: Economic Opportunity and Food & Nutritional Security. In order to apply for a grant, you must create an account in Mosaic, our online application system.
