Health Impact Grants The intent of the U. P. Health Impact Grant Program is to provide funding for health-centered projects across the Upper Peninsula.
The Superior Health Foundation seeks to support transformational projects that improve the health and well-being of U. P. residents.
The intent of this grant program is to assist organizations in the Upper Peninsula to purchase necessary health-related equipment that will benefit the health and well-being of U. P. residents.
Expectant mothers across the U. P. can enroll to receive a one-time $1,500 prenatal payment and $500/month for the first six months of their baby's life.
Superior Health Foundation is proud to serve as regional fiduciary for Rx Kids across the Upper Peninsula, helping bring this expansion to all families and communities of our region.
