Rolling Funding | The Colorado Health Foundation Advocacy Rapid Response Funding This opportunity supports short-term advocacy initiatives (3–9 months) that ensure Coloradans’ interests and priorities are at the center of policy decisions that have long-term impacts on health equity. The Foundation offers select funding by invitation only for organizations advancing housing justice across Colorado.
We consider projects that: (1) have a foundation for community-driven or community-led action; (2) maintain or promote enduring housing stability; and (3) explicitly advance racial justice and health equity.
