The Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP) is authorized under 38 U.S.C. 2021.
HVRP funds over 150 discretionary grants that serve nearly 16,000 veterans experiencing homelessness, veterans at-risk of homelessness, and incarcerated veterans annually, and along with nearly 40 Stand Down events. This collection contains forms submitted by HVRP Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) applicants. Action: Notice of information collection; request for comments.
