Specifically, build a new agent using Agent Builder in Salesforce and a series of custom actions to solve a business problem. The agent can be internal (employee) or external (customers, partners) facing. The project must illustrate the capabilities of Agentforce and solve a specific business problem.
Projects must use specific Salesforce orgs, please check the Resources page for details on how to access. Include a video (about 5 minutes) that demonstrates your submission. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and made public.
Judges will not be required to watch beyond 5 minutes Admin credentials to the orgs 1-2 sentence pitch, tell us about your project Optional: Identify if you’re opting in for the Slack Bonus Prize Optional: What was used & what else would you do if you had more time?
