Membership - AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management 2026 applications are now open! On an annual basis, AHRA and the AHRA Education Foundation (AHRA EF) offer several scholarships and grants to support the professional development of medical imaging professionals.
These opportunities, funded through corporate partner sponsorships and individual donations made to the AHRA Education Foundation, include tuition reimbursement scholarships, conference scholarships, CRA exam preparation and registration/exam fees, research grants, and more.
The programs are designed to help members pursue advanced education, attend AHRA events, and conduct research projects that contribute to the field of medical imaging management. By providing these resources, AHRA and the AHRA EF aim to foster leadership growth and innovation in medical imaging administration. Eligible applicants are reviewed and selected by the Member Recognition Committee.
Annual Meeting Scholarships 2026 Applications Are Closed Annual Meeting Scholarships support imaging professionals in attending the AHRA Annual Meeting. By funding these scholarships, we help professionals enhance their knowledge, exchange ideas with peers, and stay updated on industry trends, fostering growth and innovation within the imaging community.
2026 Applications Are Closed The Osborn CLIMB Scholarship honors the legacy of Royce R. Osborn by supporting imaging leaders in attending AHRA’s Spring Conference, helping them gain essential medical imaging management education, build leadership skills, and connect with peers to continue Osborn’s commitment to education and service within the imaging community.
Kathryn Keeler Memorial Scholarship Application Deadline: August 31 - Applications now open! Kathryn Keeler was a beloved and valued member of the AHRA staff. Her dedication allowed the CRA to grow and continue to add value to the profession of radiology management.
After Kathryn lost her battle with cancer in 2018, the Kathryn Keeler Memorial Scholarship was created to provide opportunities for those who might not otherwise be able to afford the registration fees associated with the test to take the CRA exam. After he lost his battle with cancer in 2016, the AHRA Education Foundation’s Ed Yoder Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the commitment he made to fostering leadership in medical imaging. The Broadley Scholarship was established to honor Louise Broadley, FAHRA, a long-time AHRA leader. Consistent with Louise's contributions to the careers of countless administrators and radiologic technologists, this scholarship provides support to imaging administrators seeking to enhance their careers through professional development education.
