DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office (BTO) wishes to catalyze future efforts in the topics of Prediction and Health; Autonomous Science; Simulation; Biomanufacturing and Synthetic Biology; Challenges with Scale; and Frontier topics through the generation and/or processing of data sets.
AI BTO employs an acquisition strategy to encourage participation by new or non-traditional proposers that bring artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) innovations to BTO. The Government seeks limited rights to the technical data produced through the AI BTO opportunity. Performers will retain ownership for commercial use of the intellectual property and data sets created during performance under this solicitation.
