AI Help Desk Grant for Blackboard Institutions | CCF Exclusively for institutions currently utilizing Blackboard Student Services and related Anthology solutions The Campus Consortium Foundation (CCF) is offering a limited number of AI Help Desk Grants to colleges and universities currently operating on Blackboard Student Services, IT Help Desk, IT LMS, or One Stop platforms.
Individual award amounts will be determined based on institutional scope, readiness, and demonstrated strategic alignment. Why This Grant Matters Now As Blackboard Student Services enters a transition phase, institutions must reassess their long-term strategy for student and IT support, operational continuity, and technology modernization.
