Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Verification that project is identified in a current airport layout plan (ALP) on file with Iowa Department of Transportation Aviation (when applying for new construction of buildings or airfield expansion).
Pavement maintenance program (verify the use of the pavement maintenance program provided by the Iowa DOT or similar program when applying for pavement preservation or reconstruction).
