The Ohio Department of Development will work in coordination with JobsOhio, other state agencies, and the Ohio General Assembly to establish more project-ready sites for economic development opportunities across Ohio. More Informationhttps://development. ohio.
gov/community/economic-development/all-ohio-future-fund Financial Details Awardees will be expected to find site occupants within five years. Eligible costs include infrastructure costs such as public roadwork, water/wastewater and related infrastructure, design and engineering, demolition, wetland mitigation, utility-gap funding, and other one-time site enhancements. Funding cannot be used for land/site acquisition.
