– The Board and Staff of the Hilles Fund Mission of The Allen Hilles Fund The Hilles Fund seeks to enhance the quality of life for children, youth, and women in the city of Philadelphia and in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont (comprising Essex, Orleans, and Caledonia Counties) by supporting direct services and advocacy strategies that focus on education, youth development, and women’s self-sufficiency.
In addition, the Fund supports community development opportunities in the Northeast Kingdom. The Hilles Fund may consider projects related to the Religious Society of Friends if they are consistent with the Fund’s priority areas.
