Funding Details: BNSF Railway Foundation Grants - Rural Health Information Hub BNSF Railway Foundation Grants Applications accepted on an ongoing basis The BNSF Railway Foundation offers grants to organizations that operate near a BNSF railway.
Priority Health and Human Service Organizations, including, but not limited to: Programs that address chemical dependency Spouse and child abuse programs Women's and children's aid Civic Services, including: Crime prevention programs Federally recognized tribal governments Applications are accepted from: Divisions of local government Organizations or programs should exist in or serve a community near one of BNSF's rail lines .
Priority will be given to organization that have an established relationship with BNSF Railway Proposals are significantly more likely to receive funding if the organization or project meets one of the Has significant BNSF employee participation Provides services or is located in close proximity to a BNSF main line or BNSF is the only major corporation in Relates directly to the railroad industry Engaged in programs for a charitable purpose that align with BNSF Railway Foundations mission statement Nationwide in areas near BNSF rail lines.
