The Amazon Accelerate 2025 Force for Good awards program is now accepting applications from selling partners who are creating positive change in their local communities through: Community service initiatives Support for underserved populations Other impactful social projects Last year, Amazon Accelerate recognized three outstanding selling partners who are a “force for good” in their local communities: Meet Tamra Ryan of Women’s Bean Project Founded in 1989, Women’s Bean Project is a transformational social enterprise that tackles chronic unemployment among women facing barriers to self-sufficiency.

Operating from a 20,000-square-foot facility in Denver, the organization offers a comprehensive 6-9 month program combining hands-on employment with essential skill development. Participants gain experience in product packing and sales while receiving training in financial literacy, computer skills, and personal development.

With Women’s Bean Project products available in over 1,000 stores across 35 states, the project employs 23 women at a time through four annual hiring cycles. Their mission extends beyond immediate employment, focusing on building confident, capable employees who can transition into sustainable careers, ultimately strengthening their families and communities.

Meet Kaylyn DiNardo and Michelle Askin of bloom Daily Planners Founded by Kaylyn DiNardo and Michelle Askin, bloom Daily Planners transforms traditional planning tools into vehicles for inspiration and personal growth. Their planners combine practical scheduling with goal-setting strategies and life guidance. Through their success with Amazon, the company maintains a robust charitable mission.

They support global education through the Hilde Back Education Fund and Thrive Global Project, while domestically contributing to organizations like Girls Inc., the Kids in Need Foundation, and Ronald McDonald House.

Their commitment to social impact is particularly evident in their Empowerment Planner program, which provides free planners to incarcerated women while also supporting local Delaware- and Philadelphia-area shelters and food banks. Meet Rubens and Freddie Amedee of Papa Rozier Farms Founded by Rubens Amedee and his sister Freddie Amedee, Papa Rozier Farms is a beacon of hope through high-quality, all-natural products.
