American Rescue Plan (ARP) - State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund is sponsored by U.S. Department of the Treasury (via state and local governments). States and local governments can use these funds to improve ventilation systems in buildings where people are gathering, including schools, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, office buildings, commercial buildings, multi-family residential buildings and transportation hubs.
