Charitable Grants | Amica Insurance Our mission is to harness the power of enduring relationships to help individuals, families and communities become economically independent and strong. Amica Companies Foundation supports qualified, federal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service Code. Grants are generally restricted to community-based organizations serving Rhode Island residents.
Amica Companies Foundation provides support to programs that align with our charitable giving mission statement. These programs may fall under the following categories: Basic needs and community development Community and public affairs Amica Companies Foundation generally does NOT provide support to: Grant applications are accepted at any time of the year.
Applications received by the cutoff dates will be included in the corresponding quarterly review. Those submitted after a cutoff date will roll into the next review period, with decisions communicated the following month. Please see the time frames below: Quarter Applications considered Decision communication Q1 All those received by March 1 April Q2 All those received by June 1 July Q3 All those received by Sept.
1 October Q4 All those received by Dec. 1 January When a decision has been made, you'll receive an email notification. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that organizations submit only one application for funding per year.
