Anderson Foundation Grants | Anderson Center for Autism Anderson Foundation for Autism (AFA) supports, sustains, and expands upon the mission of Anderson Center for Autism (ACA) to optimize the quality of life for individuals with autism. Additionally, AFA provides grant funding to organizations that optimize the quality of life for people with autism through their work.
In 2026, we expect to provide grants generally ranging from $500 to $5,000 per organization, with limited exceptions for unique circumstances. Organizations are welcome to apply for more than $5,000. However, with an overall budget for the entire year of $50,000 and a desire to make an impact with a variety of applying organizations, AFA is conservative with larger grant requests.
Additional things to consider are: Organizations interested in applying must have 501(c)(3) status and be able to answer all questions on the application We prefer to fund established organizations that have held their 501(c) (3) status for at least 3 years All applications are to be submitted between June 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026 All applications are reviewed by the AFA Grants Committee on an annual basis Responses will be sent via email to all applying organizations, no later than December 31, 2026 All award recipients will be required to provide outcome updates to AFA and agree to allow AFA and ACA to use their name, logo, and, if appropriate, images for promotional purposes Please contact Eliza Bozenski, Chief Development Officer, with any questions about this process by calling (845) 889-9594 or emailing EBozenski@AndersonCares.
