Anne & Henry Grant Application & Guidelines • The Zarrow Family Foundations Access Online Grants Portal Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation Grant Application Guidelines Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation (AHZF) funds nonprofit organizations primarily in the metropolitan area of Tulsa and, in special cases, statewide in Oklahoma. Grants may be awarded for operating, program, or capital support.

Inquiry Forms – accepted on a rolling basis (no deadlines). Inquiries submitted after June 26 may be considered for invitation to apply in 2027.

Deadline for Invited Organizations to Submit Full Proposal for 2026 Consideration – June 30, 2026 Grant Determination and Notification – Late September 2026 How the Two-Step Application Process Works Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form (Accepted Year-Round) After reviewing our current funding priorities and focus areas on the Funding Priorities tab and in our most recent Annual Report, organizations that believe they may be aligned are invited to complete a brief Inquiry Form using the Microsoft Forms link below.

Grantseekers can expect a response to their initial Inquiry within two weeks of submission. Submission of an Inquiry Form does not guarantee an invitation to submit a full proposal. This application process does not apply to organizations in Israel.

For more information, please review the Giving in Israel tab. Step 2: Full Proposal (By Invitation Only) AHZF will conduct one proposal cycle in 2026. Organizations that have been invited to submit a full proposal have a deadline of June 30, 2026.

Inquiries submitted after June 26, 2026 will be informed of their invitation status to apply in our next proposal cycle, opening in May 2027. AHZF is committed to fairly evaluating each proposal submitted. To complete required due diligence, the Foundation may request additional information beyond what is included in the application form.

Requests Not Eligible for Grants AHZF does not typically fund requests for dinners, runs and walks, special events, and fundraisers. For existing grantees inquiring about event sponsorships, please email abiggs@ahzf. org .
