At closing, participants donate to AZHF — a seamless integration into Arizona's real estate transactions. Lease Application Program Multifamily housing companies donate $5 per rental application. Residents can participate too — turning everyday housing transactions into community impact.
Individuals, families, foundations, nonprofits, corporations and government bodies give directly. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to building more housing units. Permanent supportive housing isn't just compassionate.
