Arkansas Downtown Revitalization Grant (DTR) is sponsored by Main Street Texarkana (Administered with state funds). This matching grant program supports façade exterior improvements for properties in the Arkansas side of Stateline, within the Main Street Texarkana district.

Grants & Funding Supporting Texarkana’s Local Business Growth Main Street aims to enhance commerce in our downtown area. One of the most effective ways we achieve this is by assisting individuals who wish to establish and expand their businesses downtown in securing available funding. Through our revolving loan fund program, Main Street Texarkana has been able to loan money to help business get started. Contact Main Street Texarkana for information. Commonly known as CDGB, these grant funds are designed to create and retain permanent jobs in designated areas withing a city.

Matching funds with a grant from the state of Arkansas allows Main Street Texarkana to match dollar for dollar any exterior improvements to properties on the Arkansas side of Stateline. Funds are limited each year. Brownfields are properties that may have hazardous substances, pollutants or contaminants present.
