Housing Grants | VeteransNavigator Arlington County Department of Human Services 2100 Washington Boulevard, 3rd Floor Wednesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Thursday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm The Arlington County Housing Grants Program provides rental assistance to low-income Arlington residents. These grants cover a portion of monthly rent, depending on household income, household size and rent amount.
Applicants must meet income requirements and personal assets may not exceed $35,000. Some Housing Grant guidelines have been modified temporarily to accommodate the severe impact of COVID-19 on County residents. Please see the Housing Grant COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions .
Updates to Housing Grant COVID-19 information will be made weekly. This program serves Arlington renters who are: Totally and permanently disabled, Working families with at least one child under age 18, Clients and patients of a County-operated or County-supported mental health program. Serves low income residents of Arlington County.
