To qualify, the wall must require significant structural repair as identified by the city, be located on a major arterial street frontage, and the property owner must clear a minimum 5-foot work zone behind the existing wall within their property to allow for construction. The project must include a minimum of 2 adjoining residential properties and the grant requires 100% property owner agreement to replace existing walls.
