Arts Grants - West Virginia Culture Center : West Virginia Culture Center Application Requirements: ● Applications must be submitted through the GOapply grant portal ● All applicants must be registered as Vendors with the State of West Virginia and have a completed W-9 on file. ● All applicants must be registered for Electronic Funds Transfer (direct deposit) through the State Auditor’s Office.
