Hong Kong is the premier location in the world for training Chinese-speaking Christians.

God has provided the constituents, administrative structure, and the curriculum for effectively training Chinese-speaking Christians. We need a permanent location from which to continue to carry out our vision and mission. 6477-925-Mawa Ventures Fund This project is to provide the elements necessary to see a movement of disciples among the UPGs in Indonesia.

The elements include Bible translation, ministry training, leadership training, and sponsorship of local workers. 6499-902-Mekong ASR Assistance This project is to assist an ASR family fleeing religious persecution to resettle in a new home. Our national partner and Global Worker in Myanmar are praying for Gospel Impact as they mobilize to help the people of Myanmar. The ministry operating in Myanmar includes more than 400 children, a Bible College, and 100 church plants. We desire to help the people in Myanmar who have been impacted by the earthquake, and this includes meeting immediate needs as well as for rehabilitation and redevelopment.

Depression and its related problem of suicide are at crisis proportions, and Japan has 1/5 of the worlds psychiatric hospital beds.

This project will provide recordings of the Old Testament for Sindhi-speakers throughout the world to use as they meditate on the Word, and as they tell the Bible stories to both non-believers and to their own house churches.

When possible, CIF provides support to equip and strengthen vulnerable families to prevent family separation, but, in cases where a child has no family or cannot be safely cared for by his/her own family, CIF places children into carefully screened and trained Cambodian foster families. Only one man is "qualified" to baptize, due to a lack of theological training. STRATEGY This in-country opportunity is inexpensive. Since the early 1990s, Japan and Australia have been working on translating the Bible into their Sign Languages (SLs). In 2011, Asia Pacific Sign Language Development Association (APSDA) was born with charter members representing work in 12 countries. APSDA is owned and led by Deaf people themselves.

This group has immense potential but little operating funds. Asia-Pacific needs an organization that will connect projects, share expertise, develop translation consultants, inspire new startups, and even send people to start spreading the word where no Deaf churches… This project provides funds for the development of a resource book documenting the history of Christianity in India.

The purpose of the work is to provide a record of Christian history in this area of the world. Needs include salaries, equipment, travel, lodging, food, resources and other operational expenses. STRATEGY The resource book will have articles, photos, and data on the multi-faceted Christian community in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri… This project provides financial support to Indian missionaries who are serving with Rays of Hope, a national mission organization in India.

VISION The focus of this ministry is to train Christian workers, establish churches in villages that have no church, and uplift the oppressed. STRATEGY Funds will be used for workshops and seminars to train pastors and other ministry workers who entered ministry with little or no training. VISION This project is about establishing Christ's church among Muslims across the archipelago of Indonesia. PROBLEM Millions of children have dropped out of school because they cannot afford it. These children are either sent to Muslim pesantrens where they are taught to be fanatics, or they do not attend school.

VISION The resource material is well-balanced and focuses on the growth of one's character as well as his/her knowledge and skills as a maturing disciple. STRATEGY At this initial stage of the project, the focus in on the translation of materials produced and published by Worldwide Discipleship Association. The material is broken into many different units and each unit is being translated as a unit.

A person or church… The object of Khudawandpur Boys Hostel is to provide living facilities in a Christian atmosphere, with adequate food every day, Christian education such as Sunday School, daily private and group devotions, producing literate and educated boys. KBH is for boys studying in 5th through 12th grades. Every year at least one or two boys accept Christ as Savior.

In the 10 years since KBH was restarted, at least 15 boys have matured enough in their Christian walk to be baptized and are local leaders. PROBLEM There are more applications for admission than funds allow to be accepted.

VISION This project… 6416-913-Village Health Ministry Outreach In 1980, a lethal measles outbreak among hundreds of children in surrounding villages led WorldVenture missionaries and Bethesda staff to establish a village health outreach effort. PROBLEM Short-term missions for adults is new in the Philippines, but a two-year missions youth team is even more rare. VISION The ultimate goal is for Filipino youth to become the next wave of cross-cultural workers throughout Asia. STRATEGY This project provides funds for training, travel expenses, and the purchase of musical and other equipment used by the group.

CAPACITY A cross-cultural ministry trip costs… The Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines (CBAP) has been promoting missions in its churches and some members are already serving overseas in several Asian countries. This project provides funds for CBAP to train and deploy church members as cross-cultural disciple-makers.

VISION This project seeks to assist the Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines in building missions. Filipino Christians are providentially equipped for missionary service due to unique cross-cultural gifts and easy placement in other Asian nations. STRATEGY Many Filipino people are involved with cross-cultural work and ministry.

Some go as missionaries supported by churches in the Philippines, but many… 6421-903-Theological College Operation The CB Seminary at Hsilo charges minimal fees to students so finances are not a barrier or burden in preparing for ministry. This also makes the school more attractive to potential students. PROBLEM The church in Taiwan is still growing and cannot financially sustain the theological college there.

Professors receive a salary and benefits package lower than most of our pastors, even after they have taught at the school for ten or more years. VISION This project provides funds for the college to pay operating expenses.

STRATEGY Since student fees are low, a large portion of operating expenses must be… 6421-902-Theological College Building Project This project provides funds to a theological college in Taiwan for improving their facilities. This includes constructing a multi-purpose building and new student housing. PROBLEM The Conservative Baptist Bible College in Hsilo is in the process of improving its facilities for the future.

The school has insufficient office, housing, and classroom space. Half of the present facilities are from before WWII and are in serious need of renovation or rebuilding. VISION The board's long-term vision is to eventually move the school to a new location and build a center for ministry to the Chinese of the world.

STRATEGY The administration… This project assists the growing Philippine association of Conservative Baptist churches by helping them sustain a national office and its ministries in support of local churches. The association serves the churches in pastoral search, conferences and seminars, data-basing, and emergency aid. PROBLEM CB churches in the country are unable to adequately support the national office.

VISION The national church association is vitally needed to provide unity, fellowship, and coherence to our Conservative Baptist movement in the Philippines. STRATEGY This project supports the management and personnel of the office as well as helps provide emergency aid to pastors in need. Shikarpur Christian Hospital personnel have been pleased to host several short-term nurses.

More short-termers are anticipated in the future. PROBLEM Two apartments are available to house these short-termers, but neither is completely outfitted with needed furniture and appliances. Money is needed to purchase these needed items.

VISION Literature plays a critical role in outreach activities among a tribal people in Pakistan. STRATEGY Our materials are produced in the people's mother tongue and are specifically focused on the needs and mind of the majority community here. 6419-902-Pakistan Bible Correspondence Institute The Pakistan Bible Correspondence Institute seeks to help people understand the teachings of the Bible through 10 correspondence courses.

Funds from this project will be used to provide Bible study materials to people who may otherwise never have an opportunity to study God's Word.
