Arts, Culture and Heritage Program is a grant initiative from Bloomberg Philanthropies that funds efforts to strengthen local arts organizations, connect audiences to culture, and advance the arts around the world. The program supports capacity building for small and mid-sized cultural institutions, facilitates collaborations between artists and local governments to address civic issues, and integrates digital technology to enhance visitor engagement. While Bloomberg Philanthropies typically funds through invitations and strategic partnerships rather than open calls, the program is active in cities across the globe with a focus on sustainable cultural ecosystems.

A New Round of the Norwegian Scholarship Programme for Ukrainian Writers is sponsored by Ukrainian PEN, The Norwegian Non-Fiction Writers and Translators Association, the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and the Norwegian Writers' Union, within the framework of The Nansen Support Programme for Ukraine. This program offers scholarships to Ukrainian writers to support the creation of new works that reflect on the war experience, rethink Ukrainian culture, foster deeper understanding of Ukrainian culture, and highlight the diversity of cultures and lived experiences. It supports authors in non-fiction, fiction, and children's/young adult literature.
